Soils are composed of stone alluvium from the quaternary era, that came from the Rhone and Durance rivers.
Harvest & vinification
Traditional vinification are handled separately for each grape variety. Alcoholic fermentation maintained at around 26 to 29°C with an adapted vatting time depending on the grape variety (two to three weeks). Syrah and Mourvedre are aged in barrels. Blending of the wines and bottling.

A deep purple like colour. The flattering sanguine-like nose comes with notes of spices and « guarrigue ». The mouth is generous and ample and the tannins quite silky. Lingering aromas of cherry and jammy strawberry come with the long finish.

Grapes are harvested at optimum maturity. Destemming, crushing and vatting of the crop. Alcoholic fermentation and macerations of approximately 2 weeks are handled separately for each grape variety. Malolactic fermentation and ageing are partly done in casks of two up to three years of age.
