Soils
The soils go from silty to red marls, mixed with large rounded limestone cobbles.
Harvest & vinification
Manual harvest followed by a strict sorting of the grapes. Traditional vinifications are handled separately for each grape variety. Alcoholic fermentation maintained at around 26 and 28°C with two weeks maceration. Blending of the wines and bottling.

Grenache – Syrah – Mourvèdre
Tasting
A bright garnet colour. Complex nose with aromas of cooked fruits and notes of cocoa. Palate is full-bodied and silky tannins carried by aromas of cocoa.
