Soils
Soils are composed of sandy marls.
Harvest & vinification
Grapes are harvested at optimum maturity with a rigorous sorting. Separate traditional vinifications are conducted for each grape variety. Alcoholic fermentation occurs at 26-28°C with a two three weeks’ maceration period. Malolactic fermentation in tanks and wines are partly aged in casks and half muids. Blending followed by bottling of the wines.

Tasting
A deep purple color with brillant hues. A complex and spicy nose of ripe red berries. A powerful wine with a structured palate and silky tannins. The finish is fresh with blackberry aromas.
Wine & food matching
Will be a splendid match for any roasted meat or rabbit stew with thyme.
Serve at 16-17°C.
