Soils are mostly composed of clay and limestone.
Harvest & vinification
Harvest occurs at optimum maturity and ripeness for this Côtes du Rhône. Traditional vinification with grapes handled separately. Alcoholic fermentation between 26 and 28°C. Malolactic fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the fruitiness. Blending of the wines and bottling.

Grenache – Syrah – Mourvèdre
Tasting
A bright garnet colour. A fresh and harmonious nose of red berries and spices. The ample palate comes with a flattering concentrated and rich structure and a remarkably elegant and fine finish.
Wine & food matching
The companion of choice for a grilled veal dish.
Serve at 15-16°C.
