Harvest & vinification
Grapes are harvested at optimum maturity. Traditional vinifications are handled separately for each grape variety. Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation with 2 weeksmacerations. Malolactic fermentation. Blending of the wines and bottling.

Tasting
A crimson red wine hints of violin hues. An intense red-berries and licorice nose with underlying notes of underwood. The mouth is generous, with a supple structure and elegant tannins.
